Green Gables Studio LLC is an independent software studio that designs and operates Theo, an AI thinking partner for solo founders, delivered by text message. The studio builds the whole service in-house: the companion itself, the SMS service, and this website.

Why we are building Theo

Theo comes out of a simple observation from our founder's own years of building alone: solo founders rarely fail on effort. They fail because every decision, plan, and doubt lives in one head with no one to think it through with. Advice and tools are everywhere — what's missing is what a cofounder or a great manager provides: someone who knows your situation, notices what you keep circling, and helps you leave each conversation with a next move.

Before writing a line of product code, our founder — Jeongmo Kwon, a former iOS app developer and startup founder — spent months running that loop manually with real users: daily conversations, real decisions, and careful notes on what actually helped a person who builds alone move forward. Theo is that experiment, productized: a thinking partner that works on your business in your words, rather than another dashboard to maintain.

How Theo works with you

• Untangle first. Bring what's stuck — a decision, a plan, a doubt — and pull it apart together until the next move is obvious.
• Your business, your words. Theo has no templates or playbooks to force you through. It works on what you bring, the way you describe it.
• It remembers. Every thread, decision, and shared document carries forward — conversations start where the last one ended.
• It does real work. Ask for research, share a document to think through — Theo reads it and comes back with something useful, not just encouragement.

Joining Theo

Theo is deliberately high-touch: every member is personally onboarded, and the service is reviewed by a person, not left to run on autopilot. Members join through our signup form (US phone numbers); text messaging is optional and requires explicit per-purpose consent. Theo is currently free to use.
